Shipping Methods

We ship to all 48 contiguous states within the United States via Standard USPS. Each shipment will include a tracking number for reference. Standard shipping can take anywhere between 3 to 7 days once processed depending on your region of the country. If you need faster shipping, Please check other shipping options available at checkout.

Shipping Addresses

To ensure that there are no issues with your shipment, be sure to list a complete, full physical address, including the shipping address and contact information. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date your order has been processed and confirmed.

Customer Service Hours

Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. All orders received during the week (Monday- Friday) will be processed the next business day. Orders received over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the following business day.

Refunds & Exchanges

Here at Avastaria, we do our best to take exceptional care during our packing process to ensure that your items are securely wrapped and packed in order to minimize shipping damage. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 business days and we will do our best to quickly resolve the issue.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) and would like to exchange it, we will be more than happy to exchange any unused and unopened item (s) for a similar item at equal value. Please contact us so that we can make arrangements for your exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returned, exchanged, or repaired items.

Product Shipping/Lead Times

Because all of our products are hand-crafted and hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality, our lead times can vary. Once your order has been processed, we will begin to craft your items. If you need a “RUSH” on your items, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payments for your order will be made using our secure site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
